DESIGN CONCEPTS OFFICE

An award-winning project in Lafayette, Colorado, this building refers back to the mining towns of Colorado and success brings back some of the vernacular to this community. Commissioned by a landscape architecture firm that wanted a building with soul, it's multi-use function espouses a new Urbanism philosophy and contributes to the revitalization of downtown Lafayette.

This project was awarded the Best New Building in 1998's The Best of Louisville and Lafayette.

This mixed use building was designed by Boulder Architect and Interior Designer HMH Architecture + Interiors.
