BOULDER HOME REMODEL

The existing brick ranch house located in Boulder, Colorado, though not aesthetically pleasing, had great potential. The house had a well proportioned east-facing courtyard and a good foundation. The remodel consisted of resurfacing the exterior and adding a second floor on the west portion of the house. Much of the existing house stayed intact. A two-story great room was added to compensate for the otherwise low ceilings found in ranch houses of this style.
