MODERN LOFTS BOULDER - THE ONYX UNITS

Unit 302 is 2,600 square foot modern penthouse loft with a sculptural kitchen that defines the main living space. A curved painted wall houses the powder room and pantry and transitions into a curved glass tile half wall, which is articulated with illuminated niches and creates a cozy zone within the living space. A soffit defines the dining room with the access to the master bedroom suite behind a sliding frosted glass door. Glazing above the kitchen cabinets and a glass door separates the TV room from the kitchen and provides natural light to this space.

This project was awarded an AIA Colorado North 2009 Merit Award in the category of Interiors and was featured on the Kitchens on Fire Tour in 2009. 

These lofts were design by Boulder Architect and Interior Designer HMH Architecture + Interiors.
