MODERN PENTHOUSE LOFT
This downtown Boulder Penthouse has a large open floor plan with fantastic views of the flatirons. Definition of the space is created through ceiling articulation and artistic elements, including an open fireplace with a Venetian plaster chimney and a sculptural kitchen and bar constructed out of walnut veneer and concrete walls. A 24'x24' folding 'Nanawall' system opens the corner of the living space to the exterior. Complimentary wood is used on the interior and exterior to blur the separation between the interior and exterior.
